I don't start with a predefined service or assumption about what needs fixing.
I start by understanding the business as a whole: strategy, product, market, technology, people and systems, and how they affect one another.
Then we work out what actually needs attention and turn that into action.
How I work
Understand first.
The problem you see isn't always where the problem sits.
A marketing problem can start with the product. A delivery problem can be a decision-making problem. A technology problem can expose an organizational dependency.
I look across the business, talk to the people involved and follow the connections until we understand what matters.
The solution follows the problem, not the other way around.
Then make it work.
I don't hand over a strategy deck and leave the team to figure out what happens next.
I work alongside founders, leadership teams and the people doing the work to turn decisions into action, whether that means leading the work, helping the existing team implement it, or building the systems that allow them to carry it forward.

"Building an early-stage software company requires extreme adaptability, and KatI was an essential partner during Yabble’s most critical phases. SHe helped guide us through rapid pivots from our early marketplace infrastructure to centraliSed technologies and into AI. HER hands-on product leadership kept THE builds on track and enabled us to execute smoothly through every pivot."

Where and how I work.
My work often crosses functions, depending on what the business actually needs. I work through focused projects, fractional or embedded leadership, and advisory, and I'm open to the right permanent leadership opportunity.
Strategy & Direction Business strategy, priorities, new opportunities, commercial modelling and expansion planning.
Product & Market Product strategy, positioning, brand, customer proposition, pricing, go-to-market and product-led growth.
Technology & Delivery Connecting business and technical teams, translating ideas into requirements, roadmaps, priorities and workable delivery structures.
Operations & Systems Roles, ownership, workflows, decision-making, documentation and the systems that help the business work better.
LET’S TALK
