Seeing the whole picture. Making the pieces work together.

I work across product, market, technology and operations, helping companies understand what customers need, turn complex ideas into clear propositions, and build the systems that connect strategy with execution.

Brand · Product · Technology · Systems.

WORKING ACROSS THE GAPS

I tend to work where functions overlap: between product and market, business and technology, strategy and execution.

That can mean product or product marketing leadership, strategic consulting, a fractional or embedded role, or leading a focused project through change.

I'm also open to the right permanent leadership opportunity.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

Every engagement starts somewhere different: brand, product, technology, strategy or operations. But the work often crosses into other parts of the business as we understand what is actually needed. Here are a few examples.

Experience that crosses disciplines.

I've spent more than 20 years working across businesses from different angles, building brands and products, developing software, shaping strategy, leading multidisciplinary teams and creating systems that make organisations work better.

I've directed agencies and specialist partners, delivered more than 100 applications and 300 digital projects, and worked with founders and executives across New Zealand, Brazil, Europe and the US.

Seeing businesses from so many different angles has given me a practical understanding of how product, market, technology, people and operations affect one another, and how a problem in one area can often have its roots somewhere else.

"Kati quickly made it feel like she had almost always been a part of the team. After the weeks of working together, her absence was felt like a hole in the team, even though we were so much more equipped with the tools needed to launch.

The process Kati took us through provided such clarity, not only for the brand identity, but also for our product offering, priorities and how we assigned tasks and responsibilities
within the team."
